Senior QA Engineer

Ariya, by phamax, is building cutting‑edge AI‑driven products that transform decision‑making in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior QA Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of our AI‑powered platforms. This role combines manual and automation testing expertise with a strong understanding of data‑centric systems and modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies for AI‑based products.
• Perform manual and automated testing across web applications, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Create and maintain test cases, test suites, and automation frameworks.
• Validate applications involving large datasets, complex workflows, and business logic.
• Test and analyze data‑driven systems, data science models, and analytics workflows.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
• Execute automation suites and generate actionable quality reports.
• Collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, automation coverage, and reporting.
• Contribute to automation of testing, monitoring, and reporting workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong hands‑on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman and RestAssured.
• Solid understanding of data systems, data mining, and data‑driven applications.
• Experience testing applications involving large‑scale datasets and complex business scenarios.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive and ownership‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience working with AI‑enabled products.
• Experience testing machine learning models, data pipelines, or analytics platforms.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with test reporting, dashboards, and quality metrics.
• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences domain.
