Job summary

HealthAsyst is hiring a Manual QA with 5-8 years of experience to join our Bengaluru team. You will design and execute manual test plans, verify functional and usability aspects, and track defects using Jira. Strong SQL skills and exposure to API testing (Postman) are preferred.

The role operates in a 3-day hybrid model with cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates will understand US healthcare contexts, work within Agile/Scrum environments, and produce clear test documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent manual testing skills with ability to develop, execute and maintain test cases from requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and usability testing to ensure software quality.
• Track defects using bug-tracking tools like Jira; document results and collaborate with teams.
• Good SQL knowledge and awareness of US healthcare domain is a plus.
• Familiarity with API testing using Postman and related tools.

Job Description

Position: Manual QA

• Experience 5-8 years
• Excellent manual testing skills. (Develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on product requirements and design specifications.)
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing to ensure software quality.
• Track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Good SQL knowledge.
• Good to have API Testing knowledge (e.g., Postman).
• Good at maintaining detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Good to have US healthcare knowledge.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
