Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong foundation in backend development, data engineering, and cloud computing, along with working experience in Generative AI technologies. The candidate should have hands‑on experience designing scalable systems, managing data workflows, and leading technical initiatives while guiding junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend microservices using Flask, FastAPI, or RapidAPI.
• Architect and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and API integrations to enable reliable data flows.
• Work closely with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate GenAI models into production environments.
• Manage and deploy applications on AWS / Azure, ensuring security, performance, and cost optimization.
• Design and optimize relational and non‑relational database schemas.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability tools for production systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, AI/ML, and Product).
• Lead code reviews, promote clean coding standards, and mentor junior team members.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide technical leadership in project planning and execution.

Required Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: Python (primary), SQL, Shell scripting.
• Frameworks: Flask, FastAPI, RapidAPI.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB.
• Data Engineering Tools: Apache Airflow, Spark, Pandas, ETL/ELT workflows.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, Glue, Athena), Azure (Functions, Data Factory, Blob Storage).
• DevOps Tools: Docker, Jenkins, Git, Terraform (preferred).
• GenAI / AI Integration: Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain), prompt engineering, or AI service orchestration.
• Other Skills: API security, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading a small development or data engineering team.
• Prior exposure to microservices, event‑driven architecture, or serverless computing.
• Understanding of MLOps / model deployment pipelines.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
