Job summary

ApplyMint is seeking a strong Python Developer with AWS exposure in Hyderabad. You will drive backend development, maintain RESTful services, and optimize cloud-based solutions across EC2, S3, Lambda, and IAM.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of software development, 4+ years in Python, hands-on AWS, and solid knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL/DynamoDB, Linux, and Git. You will read and modify existing code with minimal guidance and communicate effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Recent 4+ years in Python and strong AWS knowledge.
• Strong working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, and ECS or ECR.
• Experience writing and understanding REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with Linux commands and shell scripting.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills; ability to read and modify existing code with light guidance.
