Job summary

Cybage in Pune is seeking a technically adept lead for driving design and coding standards across the team. You will provide technical leadership, ensure delivery quality, remove blockers, and engage in system design and high‑level estimates.

The role requires hands‑on proficiency in Python and related frameworks, experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ/FMQ, and strong monitoring skills using Splunk, Grafana or Prometheus.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Python experience.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ or FMQ.
• Experience with monitoring tools: Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and scalability.
• Strong OOP concepts.
• Experience with application alerting.
• Experience with caching mechanisms.
• Know-how of AI prompts usage.

• Must have experience in production support, usage of various monitoring tools, viz. Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus
• Knowledge and work experience in Performance optimization and scalability
• Possess strong OOPs concepts.
• Must have carried out Alerting within the application
• Must have experience on caching mechanism
• Should have knowledge on AI-DLC or usage of AI using prompts.
