Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience with Python (or Java).
• Expertise in building distributed systems with a strong focus on scalability and fault‑tolerance.
• Proficiency with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Big Data, Apache Druid, etc.).
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Hands‑on knowledge of message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS, or Google Pub/Sub.
• Solid experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven track record in developing large‑scale, data‑intensive applications.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as New Relic, ELK Stack, Grafana, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
