Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Excellent debugging, code-analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of backend design patterns, multithreading, concurrency, and API security.
• Experience designing scalable infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, CI/CD (preferred).
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and use-case diagrams.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services using Python and FastAPI.
