Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Excellent debugging, code-analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of backend design patterns, multithreading, concurrency, and API security.
• Experience designing scalable infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, CI/CD (preferred).
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and use-case diagrams.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Explore opportunities to integrate AI into backend systems and automation tasks.
• Contribute to infrastructure planning: cloud services, containerization, CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA).
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Job Summary

Senior Backend Engineer with deep expertise in Python, FastAPI, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate is strong in debugging, core backend problem solving, architecting scalable systems, and leveraging AI-driven approaches to enhance development and design workflows.
