A Senior Python Developershould be capable of quickly understanding an existing product, its businessobjectives, application architecture, technical design, and developmentpractices, and should be able to take ownership of the assigned modules or applicationswith minimal guidance. The candidate should be able to analyse independently requirements, understand technical dependencies, make appropriate designdecisions, and effectively roll out solutions within the expected timelines.

The candidate should also be able to guide andmentor other developers, provide technical direction to the team, participatein architectural and design discussions, and ensure that development activitiesfollow established engineering standards and best practices.
