Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a highly skilled Python/AI Engineer to join our Pune team as we modernize an agriculture sector client with AI solutions.

The role focuses on building PoCs, deploying cutting-edge AI, and integrating LLMs into existing and new applications, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and R&D.

You will contribute to AI development workflows, push for best practices, and stay at the forefront of transformer models and fine-tuning techniques.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Strong understanding of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise in at least one LLM (GPT, Claude, LLaMA).
• Solid foundation in Data Science and statistical modeling.
• Experience with Agentic Workflows using LangChain-based agents.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph (hackathons or MCPs).
• Deep understanding of fine-tuning techniques for LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with Transformer architecture and its evolution from earlier models.
