Job summary

You will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions, integrating LLMs into various apps while collaborating with R&D teams to drive AI adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AI/ML development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Strong understanding of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise with at least one LLM (GPT, Claude, LLaMA).
• Solid foundation in Data Science and statistical modeling.
• Experience with LangChain-based agents.
• Hands-on with LangGraph (hackathons or MCPs).
• Deep understanding of fine-tuning for LLMs.
• Knowledge of Transformer architectures and their evolution.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing cutting-edge AI solutions, creating Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into our application landscape.
