Job summary

Radiant Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Writer/Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end proposal lifecycle across US Federal/Government and Commercial opportunities.

This hands-on leadership role involves proposal strategy, content development, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and management of our proposal writing team to deliver compelling responses on time and within requirements.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of proposal writing/management experience.
• Strong US Staffing and/or Professional Services experience.
• Experience with US Federal/Government and Commercial proposals.
• Strong RFP/RFQ/RFI and SOW experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals, stakeholders, and deadlines independently.
• Experience managing writers, SMEs, or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own proposals from RFP/RFQ/RFI review through final submission.
• Develop compliance matrices, schedules, and response strategies.
• Write and edit executive summaries, technical responses, staffing/delivery approaches, case studies, and past performance.
• Manage US Federal, Commercial, MSP/VMS, Staffing, and SOW proposals.
• Coordinate with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, Finance, SMEs, and Leadership.
• Assign and review work from freelance proposal writers.
• Build and maintain reusable proposal content, templates, and a centralized content library.
• Support Bid/No-Bid discussions and identify key requirements and differentiators.
