Job summary

Infuse is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a Business Analysis or Product Management background to lead strategic initiatives end-to-end. You will drive process improvements, manage cross-functional teams, and translate requirements into actionable solutions.

This is an independent contractor role with no benefits, requiring strong communication and English proficiency. Remote options may be available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Background in Business Analysis or Product Management.
• Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes into products or operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results.
• Nice to have: proficiency in no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget
• Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
• Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable requirements
• Drive process improvements through process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on the integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions
• Keep stakeholders aligned throughout - requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management
