We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with at least 10 years of related experience in Project management and with formal Project Management accreditation.

Job Description

This role is to work with our blue-chip customers in the Financial services to shape, mobilise, plan and lead a programme of works to deliver internal business and external customer objectives in the financial crime domain.

Ongoing management of one or more projects ensuring appropriate capability in place to maximise team performance, delivering to the key project, programme, portfolio measures such as supporting customer and SymphonyAI Financial Services strategy, the schedule, quality, scope, financials and client satisfaction, while following internal delivery assurance processes.

This is a client-facing role so you will have to build strong relationships with the senior client stakeholders and subject matter experts. The role requires absolute professionalism in presenting to clients, running demonstrations and demonstrating proficiency in offering design solutions that meets the client's specific needs.

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Project Manager with a strong focus on relationship management and a proven track record of delivering value in SaaS software environments. The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively and will drive innovative solutions to deliver projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing strategic solutions.

Project Delivery and Value Creation

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS and On‑premise software projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and business goals.
Lead project teams to innovate and implement cutting‑edge solutions that enhance the value delivered to clients.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth through effective project strategies.

Innovation and Strategy

Foster an environment of creativity and innovation within the project team.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SaaS technologies to drive project success.

Revenue Delivery

Required Skills and Experience

Strong experience in managing client relationships, preferably in the SaaS industry.
MS Project usage at expert level, and strong project financial skills.
Proven track record of delivering large, complex successful SaaS projects to budget that provide measurable value (USD $5m+ projects).
AI experience and usage
Experience of migrating clients and software from on premise solutions to SAAS
Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions in project management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership in a cross‑functional team environment.
Familiarity with the latest SaaS platforms and technologies.
PMP, PRINCE certifications.
