We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate a number of key technology initiatives for the Research Integrity and Manuscript Screening programme. This role will be responsible for driving delivery across multiple teams toward a shared vision and objectives. Focused on facilitating agile delivery, maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring effective coordination, collaboration and reporting across teams and departments.
The Research Integrity and Manuscript Screening Programme is a strategic initiative focused on safeguarding the quality and integrity of published research. We deliver products and capabilities that identify potential research integrity concerns, automate and scale manuscript screening activities, and integrate actionable insights directly into editorial workflows. Working across complex business and technology domains, the programme aims to reduce operational burden, improve decision consistency, and ensure that research integrity threats are identified and addressed as early as possible in the publishing process.
Content Acquisition (CA) is a domain in Springer Nature Digital that ensures our researchers, editors and reviewers can publish their content in the most efficient, user-centric and rewarding process possible.
