Qualifications

• Experience with Pega based workflow or case management solutions in enterprise scale deployments.
• Exposure to IPMI driven monitoring or infrastructure management solutions in production contexts.
• Domain familiarity with automotive industry processes such as manufacturing, supply chain, dealer management or after sales services.
• Native level English communication for executive updates, workshops and documentation.
• Ability to operate in a hybrid work model with regular travel and onsite/remote collaboration.
• Active project management credentials with ongoing learning in new tools and trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage large scale cross functional technology programs using Oracle, SAP, Pega and IPMI within scope, schedule and budget constraints.
• Coordinate activities across hybrid teams on site and remotely to ensure progress and timely risk escalation.
• Define detailed project plans and milestones reflecting estimates, capacity and dependencies across platforms.
• Drive collaboration between Oracle, SAP, Pega and IPMI teams to ensure robust data flows and consistent quality.
• Monitor project financials including forecasts, actuals and variances to maintain budget alignment.
• Prepare clear project status reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders to enable informed decisions.
• Engage with client and internal teams in the automotive sector to clarify requirements and validate outcomes.
• Oversee vendor coordination for travel-dependent activities such as on-site workshops and demonstrations.
• Implement risk and issue management practices with triggers, owners and mitigation plans.
• Guide teams in standard delivery frameworks to support predictable outcomes and user satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory and audit standards across implementations.
• Support change management and training so business users adopt new processes with minimal disruption.

• Communicate in native level English with clear verbal and written skills suitable for executive updates workshops and documentation.

Certifications Required
