Job summary

goML is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex AI and Data initiatives. You will drive planning, execution, and delivery while aligning stakeholders and ensuring client satisfaction.

The role focuses on delivering outcomes at speed and quality, coordinating with Engineering, Data Science and Product teams, and engaging with customers across industries to shape transformative results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in AI / Data / Software delivery domains.
• Proven ability to manage customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, data workflows and ML lifecycle fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional AI and data projects from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Data Science, Product and QA teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage risks, timelines, budgets, and client reviews for ongoing projects.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

First 30 Days: Foundation & Orientation

• Understand goML’s service offerings, delivery standards, and technology stack
• Get familiar with active projects, key clients, and internal workflows
• Learn project governance frameworks, escalation paths, and engagement protocols
• Build strong working relationships with delivery teams, stakeholders, and leadership
• Start aligning expectations and understanding delivery priorities

First 60 Days: Execution & Impact

• Own project planning and execution activities:
• resource allocation
• milestone planning
• dependency tracking
• risk and issue management
• Engage regularly with customers to:
• gather requirements
• provide project updates
• ensure alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate across internal teams (Engineering, Data Science, Product, QA) and external stakeholders
• Remove blockers and ensure project delivery within timelines, quality benchmarks, and budgets
• client reviews
• Maintain strong project documentation and reporting

First 180 Days: Ownership & Transformation

• Take complete ownership of multiple projects and ensure consistent on-time delivery
• Strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams with accountability and performance focus
• Implement process improvements to improve:
• delivery efficiency
• scalability
• Contribute to business growth by supporting:
• proposals
• onboarding of new customers (as needed)

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in AI / Data / Software delivery domains
