Job summary

ESP Engineered is seeking a Delivery Manager who will spearhead project delivery and manage client relationships. This role requires 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in AI or data services, along with proven leadership skills and expertise in Agile methodologies.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

First 30 Days: Foundation & Orientation

• Deep dive into goML’s delivery models, methodologies, and customer portfolio
• Understand ongoing projects, governance structures, and client expectations
• Establish relationships with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and leadership
• Review current delivery processes, tools, reporting standards, and best practices
• Identify early opportunities to improve predictability and execution workflows

First 60 Days: Execution & Impact

• Take ownership of multiple projects and ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

• 8+ years of experience in project and delivery management, ideally in AI / Data / Software services
