Job summary

ClearDATA is seeking a Senior Cloud Systems Engineer to lead technical implementations across AWS, Azure, and GCP within our Professional Services team. This role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, migrations, and ensuring strict healthcare compliance.

You will bridge internal engineering with enterprise clients, manage escalations, and drive cross-functional alignment with security and operations teams to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of dedicated project management experience in a regulated environment.
• Hands-on background in IT operations, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or engineering.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) for tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of implementations, cloud migrations, and operational projects for enterprise clients.
• Own project planning, budgeting, time tracking, and provide status updates to executives.
• Develop and own standard procedures for Professional Services engagements.
• Coordinate across engineering, technical support, and security teams to drive accountability.
• Translate technical roadblocks into clear client updates and manage escalations.
• Identify bottlenecks early and serve as main contact for client during delivery phases.
• Build and maintain scalable project workflows with clear visibility for teams and clients.
• Ensure activities comply with healthcare security and privacy standards.

At ClearDATA, we provide secure, compliant cloud and managed services designed specifically for the healthcare industry. We are looking for a Senior Cloud Systems Engineer to join our Professional Services team and lead technical implementations across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

Job Summary:

We need an experienced, highly technical Project Manager who can bridge the gap between our internal engineering teams and our enterprise healthcare clients. You won't just be checking boxes on a timeline; you will be navigating complex technical requirements, managing escalations, and ensuring our frontline technical teams can deliver on time and within strict compliance standards

Work Mode:

Shift Timings: Monday to Friday - 5:30pm IST to 2:30am IST

Location: Mumbai - Remote

Core Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Own the end-to-end delivery of implementations, cloud migrations, and operational projects for high-revenue enterprise clients.
• Planning and Reporting: Own project planning, budgeting, time tracking, and deliver regular status updates directly to executives.
• Procedure Development: Implement and own standard procedures for Professional Services engagements in close coordination with other internal teams.
• Cross Functional Alignment: Coordinate across engineering, technical support, and security teams to drive accountability, without micromanaging technical execution.
• Technical Translation: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and clients, translating technical roadblocks and operational milestones into clear, actionable client updates.
• Risk and Escalation Management: Identify technical and operational bottlenecks early. Serve as the definitive point of contact and escalation path for clients during complex delivery phases.
• Process Architecture: Build, track, and maintain scalable project workflows that provide clear visibility for both internal teams and clients.
• Compliance Adherence: Ensure all project activities and technical handoffs strictly operate within healthcare compliance and security standards undefined.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 7 to 10+ years of dedicated project management experience. This is a strict requirement, as this role directly supports the frontline teams handling our healthcare managed services .
• Mandatory Technical Background: Previous hands-on experience in IT operations, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or engineering. You must be able to understand technical project components natively and hold your own in engineering discussions.
• Atlassian Expertise: Mandatory experience utilizing the Atlassian software platform (Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management) for project tracking, workflow configuration, and documentation.
• Portfolio Management: Proven track record of managing large project portfolios and successfully delivering enterprise projects in a highly regulated environment.
• PMP Certification - Good to have.
