Job summary

NEC Corporation India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Delhi (DPSC) to lead government ICT and infrastructure projects, including Data Centre, Networking, Surveillance and Cloud initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate with sales, finance, delivery partners and OEMs, and ensure regulatory compliance and timely results.

The role requires 15+ years in ICT project management, experience with Safe City/Smart City programs, strong Excel/Power BI skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (IT) with MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of ICT infrastructure, project management, and government business operations.
• Must have experience of managing large scale Safe City/Smart City projects.
• Must have experience working with Law Enforcement agencies.
• Strong knowledge of Data Centre technologies, networking, cloud infrastructure, and surveillance solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, presentations, tender platforms, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution and management of ICT, Data Centre, Networking, and Surveillance projects for government and enterprise customers.
• Drive business growth through opportunity identification, tender analysis, bid management, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, delivery partners, and OEMs to improve forecasting, commercial negotiations, and project outcomes.
• Prepare executive dashboards, MIS reports, compliance documents, and business presentations for leadership reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships, customer communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Support solution architecture, pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and strategic planning for business expansion.
