Job summary

NiCE in Pune, India seeks a Senior Specialist Project Manager for Client Services to ensure alignment with customer priorities and NiCE objectives, acting as the primary interface between customers and support teams while guiding critical issues and escalations.

You will lead end-to-end project lifecycles, manage schedules, budgets and resources, and build strong, trusted relationships with client teams across business units, driving service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9-16 years of IT industry experience.
• 6+ years in upper-management role, preferably in program management.
• PMP or Prince2 certification MUST.

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycle from Initiation to Deployment.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver on time and within cost.
• Establish relationships with client team members and management.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for management and customers.
• Develop and maintain standard client-implementation practices.

Client Services Project Manager is a trusted advisor to NiCE’s customers and will provide both proactive and reactive post-implementation support ensuring alignment with the Customer’s priorities and NiCE’s business objectives. The PM is responsible for maintaining a strategic relationship across all client business units influencing tactical activities to drive service excellence for designated accounts. The PM is required to be a subject matter expert in the NiCE Solutions deployed at their designated clients and ensure maximum value is achieved from the NiCE solution. You will be the primary interface between the Customers and NiCE’s support organisations while managing critical issues, problems and requests related to escalations and missed expectations.

How will you make an impact?

• Overall responsibility throughout the project lifecycle including Initiation, Data Acquisition, Configuration, Data Validation, UAT,Tuningand Deployment phases.
• Manage all project tasks including schedules, budgets, and resources, to ensure that quality solutions are delivered within time and cost constraints.
• Establish relationships and effectively communicate with key members of clientteamincluding business users and management personnel.
• Prepare project status reports and presentations to keep management,customersand others informed of the project status and issues.
• Develop,implementandmaintainstandard practices for client implementations aligned with thePMsoperating model
• Communicate and advocate customer requirements and concerns to product management team, R&D and other internal stakeholders
• Get involved inprojectathighlevel for functional and technical aspects.
• Co-ordination of multiple projects amongst different internal teams andstake holders.
• Align projectobjectiveswith company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objective
• Plan for project contingencies andanticipatevariations that may affect resources, successfulimplementation.
• Follow the company Code of Ethics, procedures always.

Have you got what it takes?

• Overall, minimum 9-16 years of IT Industry experience
• 6 or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
• Computers / IT / Electronics bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field
• Strong working knowledge ofProject Management Tools like MPP, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI etc.
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
• Experience inmanagingstakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Banking and Finance Domain is the MUST.
• Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Proactive andenergeticsto run the program /s independently (or with minimal support)
• PMP or Prince2 certification MUST
• Proven experience managing several major projects involving diverse operations and technology groups.Client-facingskills.
• Strong problem-solving skills,
• Excellent Englishwriting & speakingcommunicationskills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and influence business decisions and directions.
• Excellent organizational, customer service and people skills
• Ability to meet deadlines.
