Job summary

DHL IT Services in India invites a Senior Project Manager (Scrum Master) to own the end-to-end lifecycle of IT data products. You will drive roadmaps, backlogs and delivery with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in project management with SCRUM/AGILE proficiency, strong stakeholder communication, and hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Projects, and CRM platforms. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; 8+ years PM, SCRUM/AGILE experience.
• Hands-on experience leading complex programs in enterprise environments.
• Experience as Scrum Master with ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps and related PM tools.

Responsibilities

Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Scrum leadership capabilities to own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of IT\data products. Manage end to end Projects with experience as a Project Manager and SCRUM MASTER with experience in Agile, Confluence, JIRA and SCRUM. The role is responsible for managing roadmaps and backlogs and leading delivery teams to deliver high-value IT solutions. The candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage risks, dependencies, releases and stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery. Working closely with business, product owners, architects, engineers and analysts, the individual will drive product adoption, continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes.

• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Projects and CRM Platforms is highly desirable

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management with strong experience in SCRUM and AGILE Practices.

Agile & Delivery Management Competencies

• Mandatory hands-on experience leading and delivering complex programs using Agile and Scrum methodologies in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience performing the role of Scrum Master, facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Strong expertise in Agile project delivery, including roadmap planning, release management, dependency tracking and risk mitigation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders and Development Teams.
• Experience driving cross-functional teams across business, technology, architecture, quality assurance and operations to achieve delivery objectives.
• Strong proficiency with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps and related project management platforms.
• Proven track record of establishing Agile governance, defining delivery metrics and reporting progress through dashboards, burn-down charts and executive status updates.
• Experience coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, continuous improvement and organizational Agile maturity.
