Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Project Manager. The role involves overseeing project timelines, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, managing budgets, leading meetings, and ensuring successful project delivery. The Senior Project Manager will also mentor and guide project teams and managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in expediting and managing project timelines to meet deadlines
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Project management experience, including overseeing budgets and leading teams
• Inspection skills with experience in quality control and safety compliance
• Logistics management experience, including supplies, transportation, and procurement
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• PMP or other project management certifications preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the solar energy industry
