Job summary

The India Fitness Connect Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager who will own projects from handover to final customer handover, coordinating engineers, installation teams, vendors and contractors.

You will manage plans, schedules and resources while ensuring on-time delivery and high quality across multiple locations. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, proactive execution, and strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Accomplished project-management professional with strong execution experience.
• Exceptionally organised, proactive and able to manage multiple moving parts.
• Confident customer handler with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Street-smart, solution-oriented and resourceful for unforeseen situations.
• Capable of independent decision-making and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from order handover through installation, commissioning, snag closure and final handover.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects and customer installations across locations.
• Prepare execution plans, schedules, manpower and resource requirements.
• Act as the single point of responsibility for customers during execution.
• Lead and coordinate project executives, engineers, installation teams, vendors and contractors.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers and keep them informed of progress.
• Anticipate risks, identify bottlenecks and resolve issues before they become problems.
• Handle unforeseen site, logistics, manpower and coordination challenges with speed and practical judgment.
• Monitor timelines, quality, costs, documentation and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular project status reports and escalation updates to Management.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within agreed specifications and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct final inspections, snag closure and successful customer handover.
