Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to manage project billing, quantity measurement, and commercial documentation for civil works. The role ensures accuracy, contractual compliance, timely certification, and strong coordination to support project cash flow.

The candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree/diploma with 8+ years billing experience, and be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel, with a solid grasp of BOQs, drawings, and construction methods.

• Exposure to EPC, item-rate, and lump-sum contracts.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of quantity measurement tools.
• Strong BOQ, drawing interpretation, and construction method knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site, planning, QA/QC, and contracts teams for measurement validation.
• Support cost control, cash flow forecasting, and monthly commercial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in final account settlement and project close-out documentation.
