Position: Senior Programmer/Developer

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience in PHP and/or Python and/or Ruby (Experience in C/C++ will be added advantage)
• Thorough knowledge and Experience in PHP/Python/Ruby programming
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux platform
• Good Knowledge of Data Structures
• Good Knowledge of Databases
• Good Knowledge of Computer Networking
• Have good analytical, logical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in Scripting (sed, awk, Bash, Perl or any other) will be an added advantage
• Be enthusiastic to pick up new technologies
• Matching deadlines for deliverable
• Research on new technologies.
• Knowledge/Hands on experience in Machine Learning algorithm will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Analyzing current systems and suggesting improvements
• Write programming code, either from scratch or by adapting existing code according to functional and technical design specification and maintain a "common sense" approach that serves to recognize potential design gaps and provide insight into closing them.
• Deliver tasks on time
• Working closely with staff members
• Producing detailed specifications and writing code
• Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
• Preparation of training manuals for users
• Accountable for optimization-focused design to ensure that all code is written with high availability and high-impact.
• Accountable for efficiency-focused design that serves to ensure that all code is highly reusable and modular.
• Research new technologies that push the boundaries and capabilities of design and product offering.
