Job summary

Wadhwani AI is a non-profit institute focused on applying AI to health, agriculture, and education in underserved communities. The role supports deployment of AI-enabled health solutions across state facilities and districts, coordinating with government teams and stakeholders for successful execution.

You will monitor performance, analyze data, and help train healthcare workers through hands-on workshops, travelling as required to ensure effective implementation and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, complemented by a Master’s in Public Health (MPH), Health Management, or Community Medicine.
• 5–12 years of experience in public health, particularly within government health systems, with a focus on digital health and AI initiatives.
• Deep understanding of ground realities and implementation challenges in MNCH, TB, NCDs, IDSP, CPHC, and Quality of Care.
• Prior experience in MNCH and TB–HIV programs is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare landscape, particularly Ayushman Bharat and NHM strategies.
• Fluency in local language (Marathi).

• Document project progress, outcomes, challenges, and key learnings.

Job Description
