Fractal is seeking a senior Technical Project Manager in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end delivery of complex data, analytics and cloud initiatives. You will own project scope, guide cross-functional teams, manage delivery metrics, and drive DevOps practices across GCP/AWS/Azure.

Deep experience in data engineering, cloud migrations and client handling across geographies is required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to align stakeholders and ensure successful program outcomes.

Qualifications

• 14-20 years of technology experience with project management focus.
• Delivery management, cloud migration exposure, client handling and portfolio management.
• Strong techno-consulting, data & analytics exposure; pre-sales and telco domain advantage.
• Proficient in extracting data, performing EDA, data quality checks and data cleansing.
• Ability to work with a global consulting team across multiple projects.
• Hands-on DevOps experience in agile environments; leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end technical projects from design to release and delivery ownership.
• Handle large portfolios and cross-market global rollouts with delivery oversight.
• Guide teams to design and build cloud solutions on GCP/AWS/Azure.
• Translate business requirements into tech specs, architecture, data modeling and DevOps.
• Leverage Agile/DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, SonarQube).
• Work across languages and data tools (Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, PySpark, ETL).
• Provide production support and knowledge base to enable complex future projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects end-to-end right from design to release, owning the complete delivery.
• Handle a large Portfolio and account P&L or experience in handling cross market global rollouts,
• Provide Delivery Oversight including operational parameters.
• Guide the team to Design and build cloud solutions on GCP(preferred)/AWS/Azure, choosing the best-in-class services, tools, methodologies.
• Translating business requirements into technology specifications, architecture design, data modeling, build, release management, DevOps and stakeholder management including tech/IT teams
• Experience in one or more Agile and DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, SonarQube, etc
• Implement /Execute projects/ programs involving one or more of the below:
• one or more programming language/development platforms such as Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, NodeJS, Go
• Data engineering tools like pyspark , python , ETL processing etc
• Production support execution / Managed Services
• Build the knowledge base required to deliver increasingly complex technology projects.

Qualifications

• 14-20 years of technology experience (Technical Project Management).
• Delivery Management , Exposure to Cloud migration / implementation ( preferably GCP) , Client Handling, Portfolio Handling, Strong Techno Consulting exposure, Technical Program Management, Data & Analytics exposure , Pre Sales, Telco domain is added advantage.
• Proficient in data extraction from heterogenous sources, performing EDA, data integrity and quality checks, and applying data cleansing techniques, transform data for modeling.
• Ability to work with a global team of consulting professionals across multiple projects
• Hands-on DevOps experience developing and delivering products in a collaborative, agile team environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
