We are looking for a strong tech personality to lead our IT Mobility team of approximately 30 highly motivated tech enthusiasts, forming the ‘Mercedes-Benz Tech India’ team at MBRDI, part of the global IT tech network (‘Home of Tech’) in ITH. Your challenges will include:

• Overseeing the consolidation of all analytics use cases across the department.
• Managing a diverse portfolio including Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Data Engineering, and GenAI initiatives.
• Working on platforms like AZURE, Spire, etc., and utilizing dashboarding tools like Power BI, along with frontend/UI development.
• Providing strong leadership, strategic vision, and collaboration skills to unify analytics efforts and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications :

• Consolidate and streamline all analytics use cases across the department.
• Drive innovation through advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
• Excellent people management skills, with the ability to build and lead motivated teams.
• Experience in appraisals, providing timely feedback, and ensuring no gaps in people management.
• End-to-end project management including planning, delivery, risk management, client interaction, troubleshooting, and tracking team utilization.
• Contribute to innovation topics like GenAI that add value to the business.
• Cross-cultural awareness, empathy, and active promotion of diversity & inclusion.
• Manage teams and budgets, participate in operational and project planning, and rotation plans.
• Resolve complex operational problems.
• Establish and define functional procedures and policies (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Recruitment for Program Manager and below roles.
• Build sustainable business relationships within MB, MBRDI, and with suppliers.

You will be a great fit if you have the following skills:

• Experience working in Agile teams with Scrum/Kanban and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong experience in developing and setting up Data Analytics teams.
• 5+ years of experience as a program manager in IT.
• Proven ability to structure frameworks for complex problem-solving, preferably with LEAN processes.
• Experience in large, fast-paced organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; German language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency with standard office software and reporting tools.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in enterprise application architecture, design, and development using technologies like Python and Power BI.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any field, preferably B.E. in any branch.
