Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Program Manager, Product Development to drive end-to-end initiatives for the Enterprise Lease Abstraction Platform. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, BA, architecture and QA to deliver milestones aligned with the platform roadmap.

Job Description

Program Manager, Product Development

Drives end-to-end program execution across the Enterprise Lease Abstraction Platform’s product development initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and dependencies, and ensuring delivery stays aligned with the platform roadmap set by the Platform Manager. Combines strong program execution skills with working business analysis capability, able to define scope directly and step into detailing of scope activities when dedicated BA support isn’t available or bandwidth is constrained. Operates with an ownership mindset — focused on getting the initiative delivered, not on strict role boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and independently define/scope the work required to deliver an initiative, including boundaries, assumptions, and out-of-scope items
• Translate the platform strategic roadmap into an executable program plan with milestones and sequencing
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, BA, architecture, and QA teams to keep initiatives on track
• Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies and critical-path risks
• Run program governance: status reporting, steering committee updates, RAID logs
• Manage scope, schedule, and resourcing trade-offs; elevate conflicts to the Platform Manager
• Step into a details role when needed — gathering requirements, documenting processes, running requirements workshops — to keep an initiative moving when dedicated BA capacity isn’t available
• Own release planning and coordinate go-live readiness across teams
• Facilitate sprint/PI-level ceremonies (planning, reviews, retros) where relevant
• Manage vendor or third-party delivery partners contributing to the program
• Maintain a single source of truth for program status, risks, and decisions
• Support post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned
• Pick up gaps that fall between roles rather than waiting for them to be formally assigned — if something is blocking delivery and no one else owns it, take it on or actively find who should

Key Skills / Attributes

• Strong scoping discipline — able to size work without waiting on a formal requirements document
• Working BA capability: requirements elicitation, process mapping, user story writing
• Comfortable operating as both “program lead” and “hands-on analyst” depending on what the initiative needs
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
• Ownership attitude: treats “that’s not my job” as unacceptable when delivery is at stake — proactively fills gaps, flags issues even outside direct responsibility, and drives outcomes rather than deflecting to process or role definitions
