Job summary

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Professional Services Engineer to lead the successful implementation, integration, and adoption of the Saner Platform, including CVEM, CNAPP, and CWPP solutions. This customer-facing role is responsible for delivering enterprise implementations, providing technical consulting, architecting scalable deployments, and ensuring customers achieve operational success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Professional Services, Technical Account Management (TAM), Solution Architecture, or Customer Support Engineering within a cybersecurity or enterprise software organization. They should possess expertise in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, patch management, cloud platforms, endpoint management, enterprise infrastructure, and identity management, with experience delivering enterprise implementations, customer onboarding, solution architecture, technical consulting, and successful production deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Implementation & Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of enterprise customers.
• Plan, design, deploy, validate, and transition customer environments into production.
• Perform infrastructure assessments for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Drive implementation milestones, technical governance, project risks, and delivery timelines.
• Implement and validate Asset Discovery, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, Compliance, and Saner Cloud modules.
• Integrate with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), ServiceNow, Freshservice, CMDB, ITSM, and SIEM.
• Configure SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Okta.
• Implement REST API integrations and automation.

Security Consulting & Technical Advisory

• Advise customers on vulnerability management, patch management, compliance, and remediation best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews and implementation workshops.

Customer Enablement

• Deliver administrator training and knowledge transfer.
• Create implementation documentation and operational runbooks.

Required Technical Skills

Cybersecurity

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, Compliance Management, Endpoint Security, Asset Discovery, and Security Posture Management.
• Hands-on knowledge of CVE, CVSS, CCE, CIS Benchmarks, MITRE ATT&CK, and industry security best practices.
• Ability to interpret security findings, prioritize remediation based on business risk, and provide implementation guidance.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, HIPAA, NIST, and CIS Controls.
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, GPO, WSUS, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune.

Operating Systems

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Linux (RHEL, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu, CentOS, SUSE), and macOS, including administration, patch management, security hardening, troubleshooting, and enterprise environment support.

Networking

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, VPNs, Firewalls, SSL/TLS, Reverse Proxies, Load Balancers, Proxy Servers, and Network Security.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Scripting & Automation

• PowerShell, Bash/Shell Scripting, and Python for automation and deployment activities.

Container Platforms

• Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment, orchestration, and troubleshooting.

Database Technologies

• SQL and MongoDB with troubleshooting and support experience.

Troubleshooting & Performance

• Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems, networking, cloud infrastructure, identity services, enterprise applications, and endpoint management.
• Ability to perform log analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), performance optimization, and customer issue resolution.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise projects.

Educational Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• MCA/M.Sc. preferred.
• Relevant Cloud or Cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
