Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, copywriters, creative project managers, and other team members.
- Prepare final, press-ready files based on supplied specifications for multiple types of digital assets.
- Make artwork production-ready in various formats and resolve production issues.
- Provide image retouching, clipping paths, and additional image manipulation.
- Package and prepare files for mass production across marketplaces.
- Create files and presentations for review by art directors and clients.
- Prepare images for online and mobile applications.
- Communicate design decisions clearly and concisely.
- Maintain production files (fonts, images, logos, and other artwork).
- Follow development timelines to ensure timely task completion.
- Troubleshoot problems with the creative team as needed.
- Stay current with graphic design trends, techniques, and software.

- Familiar with Figma plugins to speed workflows.
- Strong eye for alignment, spacing, and pixel-perfect detailing using Figma tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited design program in a related field.
- 4+ years of experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong production design skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Solid knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Google Office.
- Experience overseeing and mentoring junior staff.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard programs (Adobe CS, XD, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Process-oriented self-starter.
- Stays up to date with production techniques and trends through research and education.
