Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models, scenes, and visual assets using Blender while ensuring alignment with business and brand guidelines.
• Develop photorealistic product imagery with a strong focus on lighting, shadowing, material creation, scene composition, and rendering quality.
• Create 3D models based on provided measurements, technical drawings, and surface references, including Hard Surface Modeling, Low Poly Modeling, UV Unwrapping, and UV Mapping.
• Perform texturing, material creation, animation, and scene setup activities to produce visually compelling and accurate product representations.
• Build, configure, and optimize product previews and rendering scenes using internal tools, ensuring accurate product representation and adherence to business requirements.
• Apply an understanding of product data and functional requirements to configure scenes and generate customized product imagery for commercial and promotional use cases.
• Set up, optimize, and execute lighting and rendering workflows to achieve realistic visuals while maintaining rendering efficiency, scalability, and quality standards.
• Produce customized 3D assets for various product categories, including Packaging Products, Promotional Products, Photo Products, and Garment Products.
• Upload, maintain, and organize digital assets in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) such as platform (Bynder) in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate closely with artists, designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality assets within agreed timelines.
• Communicate project status, progress, risks, and dependencies proactively to Team Leads and relevant stakeholders.
• Gather, interpret, and incorporate feedback from Team Leads and stakeholders to continuously refine and improve 3D assets and scene configurations.
• Contribute to optimising 3D assets, scene configurations, and rendering workflows to ensure performance, consistency, and scalability across deliverables.
• Contribute independently and collaboratively to ensure timely project completion while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, technologies, and best practices in 3D visualization and continuously enhance technical and creative capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Blender (mandatory) with strong hands-on experience in modeling, texturing, UV unwrapping, lighting, shadowing, rendering, simulation, rigging, animation, compositing, and scene creation.
• Good understanding of Blender's core functionalities, including Object Mode, Edit Mode, Sculpt Mode, Scene and World Properties, View Layers, Output Settings, and Collection Management.
• Strong expertise in photorealistic rendering, scene configuration, lighting techniques, shadow creation, material creation, scene composition, and PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows.
• Experience in building and configuring product scenes/previews and working with product data to accurately represent products across multiple customer use cases.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and rendering engines including Cycles, V-Ray, and Arnold. Familiarity with Maya, ZBrush, After Effects, Unity, Substance Painter, and Digital Asset Management systems such as Bynder will be an added advantage.
• Strong experience in product visualization, including product modeling, hard-surface modeling, low-poly modeling, asset optimization, and high-quality render creation.
• Knowledge of packaging structures, technical drawings, printing processes, folding techniques, and print production guidelines (bleed, cut lines, and safety margins) will be considered an added advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong understanding of mesh topology, product detailing, design principles, alignment, visual aesthetics, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate project status effectively, work within tight timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality outputs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working effectively in cross-functional and squad-based environments.
• Self-driven and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows and material creation.
• Familiarity with post-production tools such as Adobe Photoshop.
