We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner to lead AI and Platform shared services initiatives within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. In this role, you will manage the product backlog, define user stories, and ensure the seamless delivery of features that support a broad product ecosystem. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, balancing priorities, managing dependencies, and driving alignment across multiple product lines. Accountabilities

As a Senior Product Owner - AI & Platform, you will:

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for AI and Platform teams, creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with product managers across multiple product lines to gather requirements, document dependencies, and translate high-level goals into actionable development tasks.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams during sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to ensure feature delivery and resolve blockers.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate progress, and ensure shared services meet the needs of consuming product teams.
  • Monitor and optimize product performance, tracking key metrics, iterating on features, and ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.
Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6–10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern data stack components.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, negotiate backlog items, and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
  • Preferred: Experience delivering AI-powered features or building platform solutions, and relevant certifications (Agile, Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing).
