Job summary

Vanguard in Hyderabad, India seeks a seasoned Product Manager, Specialist to lead digital product management initiatives across strategic products. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related work experience with cross-functional teams.
• B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT or BCA or MCA.
• Product Management experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Investment platforms.
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management products, client journeys, and business processes.
• Experience translating business needs into product capabilities and delivery requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technology teams.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, and Business stakeholders.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to represent business needs and priorities.
• Agile product delivery experience with roadmap and backlog management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing priorities across multiple stakeholders and business functions.

• Experience with Digital Wealth Management or Client Portal platforms.

• Background in UX collaboration and design thinking.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

The Product Manager, Specialist role is responsible for leading digital product management initiatives, overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of strategic products. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, define product roadmaps, and drive business growth. The specialist ensures smooth product execution, manages escalations, and employs data-driven insights to refine product strategies. Additionally, they work with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives and market needs.

• Lead digital product management efforts for multiple digital products or one strategic product, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 8 years of related work experience, with at least two years of experience leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects.
• Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor's in Computer Applications (BCA), or Master's in Computer Applications (MCA).
• Product Management experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Investment platforms
