Job summary

SailPoint in Pune is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive foundational, shared services that power our identity security platform. You will shepherd micro-services and SaaS connectivity from discovery to release, collaborating with engineering and design to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

This hybrid role requires 8+ years in product management for enterprise software, experience with SaaS and cloud infrastructure, and strong cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a product management role.
• A compelling track record of working with engineering teams to plan, develop, refine, and launch successful enterprise software products.
• Extensive experience managing SaaS and/or cloud infrastructure products.
• Experience with open platform connectivity technologies such as web and micro-services is a plus.
• A passion for high-quality, scalable solutions, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Exceptional judgment in applying product management principles and processes to solve complex business challenges.
• Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• An experimental and innovative mindset, with a willingness to embrace new ideas and incorporate feedback to continuously improve our products.
• This position requires approximately 15% travel.

As a Senior Product Manager on our newly formed shared services team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our platform by contributing directly to SailPoint’s vision for shared capabilities. Your day-to-day will involve shepherding innovative micro-services and SaaS platform connectivity technologies from discovery to release. You will act as the strategic link between Product Management, Design, and Engineering to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality, scalable foundational services that directly power the entire SailPoint product portfolio in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent professional experience
