Job summary

JioSaavn in Navi Mumbai hires a Senior Product Manager to elevate engagement and personalization through AI-driven recommendations on the Homepage and Player. You will partner with product, engineering, and data teams to craft a superior listening experience and data-informed features.

You will lead experiments, define metrics, and drive continuous optimization, ensuring scalable growth in a fast-paced entertainment product. Strong analytical, collaboration, and agile skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science from a Tier 1 institution.
• 6+ years of experience, including 4+ years as a Product Manager and 2+ years in Recommendations or Personalization features.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML models, concepts, and data science related to recommendation systems.
• Proven experience in building B2C products or features focused on Engagement and Retention.
• Expertise in designing and executing A/B tests to drive data-backed product decisions.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL/NoSQL for data analysis.
• Experience in user research and behavioral analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and JIRA.

Responsibilities

Your mission is to help our AI deliver the most relevant content recommendations on the Homepage and Player, ensuring a seamless and personalized user journey.
