Job summary

Multiplier is a new-age PEO platform enabling companies to hire teams internationally without local entities. We are building a self-serve SaaS platform to manage IT assets, background verification, office and car lease, and related VAS products globally.

The role focuses on owning the VAS stack, delivering world-class experiences, and aligning stakeholders across onboarding, invoicing, and partnerships to meet customer needs and business goals. 7+ years in HR tech/SaaS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideally 7+ years of experience in HR Tech/Ecommerce/SaaS products in fast growing teams.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Deep understanding of customer needs across geographies and domains.
• Proven ability to take a product from concept to market adoption.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for precise problem articulation.
• Experience in HR/Compliance space is a plus.
• Ability to define KPIs for success and align teams.

Responsibilities

• Launch Value Added Services (VAS) products aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Define how customers select and use VAS products via a self-serve SaaS platform.
• Own the VAS stack and continuously build new experiences and solutions.
• Understand global employee hiring processes and simplify solutions for customers.
• Define goals and vision for the VAS charter and align onboarding, invoicing, partner management, marketing, operations, payments, and foundational teams.
• Develop and measure KPIs for success; own the product roadmap with engineers.
• Engage with customers continuously and iterate the product across geographies.

We have our own legal infrastructure that help companies expand their team across any number of countries quickly and efficiently, and without establishing a local legal entity. The platform’s architecture works under a software layer that allow companies to scale and manage their distributed teams using a simple interface.

Your mission:

• Your mission is to launch the Value Added Services (VAS) Products for our customers & members aligned with customer needs and business goals.

• You will deliver world-class experiences and define how our customers select and use VAS products - IT Assets, Background Verification, Office & Car Lease and similar products globally through a self-serve SaaS platform.

• You will own our VAS stack, and constantly seek to build new experiences and solutions to make our product offering world-class.

• You’ll develop a deep understanding of global employee hiring & different stakeholders needs during the hire to retire process, and abstract simple solutions for our customers to adopt.

• You'll help define the goals & vision for our VAS charter & will work with a variety of stakeholders involved in the onboarding, invoicing, partner management process including marketing, operations, onboarding, payments and foundational services teams, to align everyone to a single vision.

• You'll develop & measure KPIs for success. You will define and own the product roadmap & work with a team of excellent engineers to deliver solutions to our users.

• You'll be constantly talking to our customers, and obsessively iterate the product, taking into account the various user segments & local nuances involved in the geographies we operate in.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Ideally 7+ years of experience working on HR Tech/Ecommerce/SaaS products in fast growing teams

• Strong ownership mindset and a proven ability to drive product initiatives independently

• A deep understanding of the customer and their needs, including nuances across different geographies

• Proven ability to take a product from the earliest conception to successful market adoption

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems

• Good to have previous work experience in HR / Compliance space

• Ability to setup the KPIs for success & align the team

• Great problem solving mindset, thinking from first principles.
