Job description

OnArrival is a travel technology company enabling banks, fintechs, and consumer platforms to offer seamless travel experiences through our technology infrastructure.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Flights vertical and build reliable, scalable, and customer-focused products. We want someone who is deeply comfortable using AI as part of everyday product work, not simply adding “AI-powered” features to a roadmap.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the Flights product roadmap from discovery through execution.
  • Improve search, booking, payments, and post-booking experiences.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, business, operations, and external partners.
  • Use customer feedback, market insights, and product data to identify opportunities.
  • Define requirements, prioritise initiatives, and drive products from concept to launch.
  • Improve conversion, reliability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Build scalable capabilities that can serve multiple enterprise customers.
  • Track product performance and continuously improve key journeys.
How We Expect You to Use AI

At OnArrival, AI is part of how we work, think, and build. The ideal candidate should use AI meaningfully across the product lifecycle.

You will be expected to:

  • Use AI tools for research, competitive analysis, product discovery, and synthesising customer feedback.
  • Analyse large volumes of support conversations, operational issues, and user behaviour to uncover patterns and opportunities.
  • Create product specifications, user flows, edge-case matrices, prototypes, and test scenarios faster and with greater depth.
  • Use AI-assisted prototyping and coding tools to validate ideas before committing significant engineering effort.
  • Work with data and engineering teams to query, interpret, and visualise product data.
  • Evaluate where AI can genuinely simplify customer journeys, reduce manual work, or improve decision-making.
  • Understand the practical strengths and limitations of LLMs, including hallucinations, latency, cost, privacy, evaluation, and human oversight.
  • Define clear success metrics and evaluation frameworks for AI-enabled product experiences.
  • Think beyond chat interfaces and identify opportunities for intelligent recommendations, automation, personalisation, and agent-led actions.
  • Continuously experiment with new AI tools and help improve how the wider product organisation operates.

You do not need to be an ML engineer. However, you should be technically curious, comfortable experimenting independently, and capable of working closely with engineering teams to turn AI possibilities into reliable products.

What We're Looking For
  • 6-10 years of product management experience.
  • Prior experience in flights, airlines, OTAs, travel technology, or a closely related domain.
  • Strong understanding of flight search, booking, ticketing, and post-booking journeys.
  • Experience working with airline, GDS, NDC, or travel-supplier integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and product execution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering and understand API-based products.
  • Hands-on experience using modern AI tools in day-to-day product work.
  • Ability to distinguish meaningful AI applications from features driven purely by hype.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong ownership and comfort working through ambiguity.
Good to Have
  • Experience building B2B, B2B2C, embedded, or platform products.
  • Exposure to payments, refunds, reconciliation, or travel operations.
  • Experience with SQL, analytics platforms, experimentation, or rapid prototyping.
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs, AI agents, prompt design, retrieval systems, or AI product evaluation.
  • Experience launching an AI-enabled customer or internal product.
Why Join Us
  • Own a critical product vertical with significant business impact.
  • Solve complex problems across travel, technology, commerce, and AI.
  • Build products used by leading consumer platforms and their customers.
  • Work closely with the founders and a strong cross-functional team.
  • Operate in a culture where product managers are expected to think, prototype, analyse, and execute.
  • Help shape the next generation of embedded and intelligent travel experiences.
  • If you understand flights deeply, think clearly about products, and already use AI to work faster and better, we would love to hear from you.
