Atlys seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive execution of complex AI/ML initiatives across Engineering, Product, AI and Operations. You will bring structure to ambiguity, align cross-functional teams and ensure programs deliver measurable business impact.

This high-ownership role requires building scalable systems that enable faster shipping and more efficient operations, with a focus on guardrails for responsible AI and human-in-the-loop processes.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years as a TPM, Engineering PM, or similar execution-focused role, ideally with AI/ML exposure.
• Led complex cross-functional technical programs, including AI/ML teams.
• Analytical and data-driven, using metrics to prioritise and improve execution.

• Own end-to-end execution across Engineering, Product, AI and Operations.

The Role

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive the execution of complex technical initiatives across Engineering, Product, AI and Operations.

You'll bring structure to ambiguity, align cross-functional teams and ensure critical programs are delivered with speed, quality and measurable business impact.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex execution challenges and can build scalable systems that enable Atlys to ship faster and operate more efficiently.
