Job summary

Loyalty Juggernaut, a leading B2B SaaS firm, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end delivery of intelligent product experiences. You will shape platform strategy, uncover customer insights, and drive adoption across Engineering, AI, and GTM teams.

You will build AI-first capabilities, partner with design and engineering, and create PRDs, user stories, and success metrics to measure impact. Strong PM leadership and MBA are required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of Product Management experience in technology or SaaS, ownership of products across the complete lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience building and delivering AI-powered product features leveraging LLMs, AI agents, automation workflows, or applied Machine Learning solutions in production environments.
• 2-3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring Product Managers, with the ability to drive alignment and execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product delivery frameworks, and modern SaaS product management practices.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, with experience creating PRDs, user stories, functional specifications, release notes, and other product artifacts.
• MBA from a premier B-School is a MUST, preferably with a specialization in Marketing, Strategy, or Product Management. Engineering degree in Computer Science or related disciplines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes, and translate insights into a strategic product roadmap.
• Own the complete product lifecycle, including product discovery, requirement definition, execution, launch, adoption, and continuous enhancement.
• Drive the development of AI-first product capabilities and user experiences that transform how enterprises manage and optimize loyalty programs.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, UX, AI/ML, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless product delivery and business alignment.
• Create and maintain clear product documentation including PRDs, user stories, business cases, GTM plans, release documentation, and success metrics.
• Monitor product performance using data and analytics to improve customer adoption, engagement, retention, and overall business impact.
• Mentor and support Product Managers within the team, fostering strong product thinking, accountability, and execution excellence.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of intelligent, scalable product experiences. In this role, you will own the product vision, shape the platform strategy, and drive meaningful business impact. From uncovering customer insights to launching and scaling adoption, you will lead the roadmap end-to-end - defining priorities, making critical trade-offs, and delivering outcomes that matter. Working at the intersection of Engineering, Design, AI, and Go-to-Market teams, you will build intelligent, scalable product experiences that redefine how enterprises engage, operate, and grow.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• A track record of successfully launching products or features that delivered measurable customer and business impact.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product delivery frameworks, and modern SaaS product management practices.
• Proficiency with product design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, with experience creating PRDs, user stories, functional specifications, release notes, and other product artifacts.
• Strong blend of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and data-driven decision-making
• MBA from a premier B-School is a MUST, preferably with a specialization in Marketing, Strategy, or Product Management. Engineering degree in Computer Science or related disciplines is preferred.
