Observe.AI seeks a Senior Product Manager to own and drive AI-agent powered product initiatives. You will translate business problems into requirements and work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver impactful features.

You bring 5+ years as a Product Manager, a technical/analytical background, and hands-on AI agent experience. You will thrive in a fast-growing environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to prioritise a data-driven roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Background in software engineering, data science, data engineering, data integration, or a similar technical/analytical role before PM.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and related tools or features.
• Experience working with B2B companies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience with LLM-based systems or multi-agent architectures.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive product initiatives at the intersection of core product management and applied AI. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience building, configuring, or integrating AI agents into real workflows and who came into product management from a technical or analytical background.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap and drive execution for AI-agent-powered features and workflows.
• Translate business and user problems into clear product requirements, working closely with engineering, design, and data teams.
• Evaluate, prototype, and iterate on AI agent capabilities from internal productivity tools to customer-facing features.
• Partner with engineering to scope technical feasibility of AI/LLM-driven features.
• Define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across B2B customer segments to prioritise the roadmap.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• A prior background as a Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Data Integration Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar technical/analytical role before transitioning into product management.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents; this can include internal tools (chatbots, productivity assistants, automation scripts), prototypes or side projects, or production features; exploratory or unshipped work counts.
• Experience working with or for B2B companies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience with LLM-based systems, agent frameworks, or multi-agent architectures.
• Background in a high-growth or startup environment.
