Nutanix, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the pricing team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on optimizing the Quote to Cash process, pricing, quoting, and fulfillment across channel partners, OEMs, and Cloud Marketplaces.

You'll drive enhancements to Salesforce/CPQ and build AI-driven workflows to automate pricing operations and SKU lifecycle management. Hybrid work Model with cross-functional collaboration.

• 5+ years in Product Management, strategy consulting, or enterprise IT systems.
• Experience designing AI agents and LLM-driven workflows.

• Able to partner with many teams to deliver projects.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager on the pricing team, you will help drive topline growth of our hybrid multicloud and AI-ready infrastructure portfolio by driving improvements across the Quote to Cash (Q2C) process to ensure Nutanix software is priced, quoted, and fulfilled seamlessly across channel partners, OEMs, and Cloud Marketplaces.

Tackling challenges that directly impact company revenue, you will secure executive buy-in and guide engineering execution. A pivotal part of this role involves

• Driving enhancements to Salesforce and our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platform to deliver a frictionless experience for our sellers and partners.

• Building agentic AI workflows that automate pricing operations and SKU lifecycle management

At Nutanix, we are simplifying cloud complexity. The Pricing and Monetization Team acts as the commercial compass of the company, defining how our solutions are bundled, priced, and consumed globally across all routes to market.

Operating at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Finance, and Go-to-Market, our work touches almost every function in the company and has a direct, high impact on the company’s top line. We set price points and set discounting policies across geographies and routes to market. We manage the lifecycle of Nutanix pricebooks. We drive continuous enhancements across our Quote to Cash (Q2C) , fulfillment and renewals workflows and platforms to ensure our customers and partners have a great experience buying and using Nutanix products.

Your Role and responsibilities

• Manage SKU lifecycle , pricebook lifecycle and Quote to cash (Q2C) workflows across geographies and routes to market.

• Use AI agents to manage existing workflows and automate new workflows as business needs evolve.

• Drive cross functional alignment with Revenue Operations, Support and Finance and translate business requirements into clearly defined PRDs and use cases.

• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure requirements are fully understood, technically feasible and delivered accurately.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in designing, deploying and managing AI agents and LLM-driven workflows to automate business processes and software testing cycles.

• Deep understanding of B2B sales systems, Quote to Cash (Q2C) process, Enterprise software renewals and SKU lifecycle management.

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Product Management, Strategy consulting or building IT systems or business platforms for Enterprise software sales.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to simplify complex requirements.

• Collaboration with a large number of organizations to align on ideas and execute projects..

  Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
