Senior Product Manager – Consumer Platforms

Licious’ Product team conceptualizes and builds technology-driven products and solutions that empower our customers to shop for high-quality meat products and ensure a seamless delivery experience. Our focus includes building a premium, intuitive meat buying platform, driving revenue and user growth, developing a comprehensive data platform, and enhancing manufacturing, planning, inventory management, and delivery processes.

Role & Responsibilities

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for our Consumer Product team who will be responsible for developing the consumer platforms that enhance the meat buying experience and promote sustainable growth.

The SPM will focus on areas such as Personalization, Recommendations, Pricing & Catalog, and will work on optimizing Search and Discovery products. This is a cross-functional role involving close collaboration with Product Leaders, Growth, Category, Brand, and Operations teams to achieve key business outcomes while prioritizing customer experience.

  • Own the core consumer platform of Licious.
  • Identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities in the Indian meat shopping industry.
  • Define clear product strategies and execution plans to meet business ambitions, balancing multiple priorities and system constraints.
  • Identify and prioritize user problems, and develop solutions and systems accordingly.
  • Conceptualize products, document requirements in PRDs, wireframe user flows, and collaborate with the design team to finalize designs.
  • Implement requirements through well-structured sprints with engineering teams.
  • Inspire and influence your team by evangelizing the product vision, strategy, and goals, and driving consensus around execution plans.
