Job summary

Circle is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product areas within Managed Payments, Circle’s regulated payments infrastructure that enables PSPs, financial institutions, banks, and enterprises to use stablecoin-powered payment rails. Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for product areas across managed pay-ins, payouts, fiat endpoints, conversion, and lifecycle management, aligning priorities with customer needs and Circle’s goals.
• Define and launch capabilities that expand Managed Payments across Circle’s regulated hubs, including new entities, corridors, payout methods, and geographic coverage.
• Shape simple, reliable customer experiences for accepting funds, converting value, and disbursing globally across stablecoin and fiat rails.
• Improve workflows for onboarding, account setup, transaction visibility, reporting, reconciliation, refunds, RFIs, and bulk payments.
• Use data to identify friction, prioritize investments, and measure improvements in reliability, efficiency, adoption, and customer experience.
• Evaluate opportunities to support new payment rails, payout use cases, and digital assets based on customer demand, regulatory requirements, feasibility, and priorities.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Legal, Treasury, BD, and Product, navigating trade-offs and driving alignment from definition through launch.

What you’ll be responsible for

You will own product areas within Managed Payments, Circle’s regulated payments infrastructure that enables PSPs, financial institutions, banks, and enterprises to use stablecoin-powered payment rails without operating crypto infrastructure themselves. You will define and evolve product capabilities that support managed pay-ins, payouts, conversion, and transaction lifecycle management across stablecoin and fiat endpoints. Working closely with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and commercial teams, you will translate complex customer and business needs into clear product priorities, lead cross-functional execution, and deliver measurable improvements to how customers move money across geographies and payment rails.

What you'll work on

• Own the roadmap for product areas across managed pay-ins, payouts, fiat endpoints, conversion, and transaction lifecycle management, aligning priorities with customer needs and Circle’s goals.

• Define and launch capabilities that expand Managed Payments across Circle’s regulated hubs, including new entities, corridors, payout methods, and geographic coverage.

• Shape simple, reliable customer experiences for accepting funds, converting value, and disbursing globally across stablecoin and fiat rails, including integrations with CPN and other Circle systems.

• Improve customer and operator workflows across onboarding, account setup, transaction visibility, reporting, exception handling, reconciliation, refunds, RFIs, and bulk payments.

• Use customer, product, payment, and operational data to identify friction, prioritize investments, and measure improvements in reliability, efficiency, adoption, and customer experience.

• Evaluate opportunities to support new payment rails, payout use cases, and digital assets based on customer demand, regulatory requirements, technical feasibility, and business priorities.

• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Legal, Treasury, BD, and Product, navigating technical and business trade-offs and driving alignment from definition through launch.

Core requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience, including product management experience building payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or similarly complex B2B products.

• Experience owning product vision, roadmaps, and execution for B2B capabilities such as payments, pay-ins, payouts, settlement, treasury infrastructure, APIs, or financial operations.

• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning Engineering and partners such as Compliance, Operations, Legal, Treasury, or commercial teams.

• Strong analytical and technical fluency, with experience using customer, product, payment, and operational data to identify opportunities and guide product decisions.

• Track record of delivering measurable improvements to customer experience, product adoption, operational efficiency, reliability, or business performance.

• Ability to evaluate technical and business trade-offs, resolve ambiguity, and translate complex requirements into clear product priorities and execution plans.

Preferred requirements

• Knowledge of cross-border payments, PSP infrastructure, settlement systems, correspondent banking, or other payment network concepts.

• Familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain-based financial infrastructure, or crypto-enabled payment systems.

• Experience with enterprise APIs, payment networks, or compliance-forward systems involving payment lifecycle states, reconciliation, exception handling, sanctions screening, RFIs, or SLAs.
