CBA Cross Border Associates in Bengaluru is seeking a Product Lead to drive data delivery for the Payments Domain. You will lead a squad of data delivery engineers, define the roadmap, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.

The role requires building industry-leading data platforms, applying modern coding practices, and fostering a safe, inclusive, high-performance culture while delivering high-quality, timely results.

Job Summary

Job Title: Product Lead

Location: Bangalore

The Payments domain in CBA brings together the process, people and technology assets supporting real-time, bulk electronic, cheques, high value and international payments processing for the Bank. The team have the monumental task of ensuring that 40% of the Australian economy can transact over billion a day using the Bank s services in a reliable manner. With the payments technology systems being at the heart of the Bank, almost every customer-facing channel relies on payments services in one way or another. The Channels and Reporting Crew within the Payments Domain are responsible for leading and building the world-class products and delivery capability across critical payments channel and reporting platforms and highly visible change initiatives.

Impact contribution

As a Product Lead within the Payments Channel and Reporting Crew, you will work closely with the business to deliver exceptional outcomes for our business stakeholders and customers. You will be responsible for developing and delivering the data delivery for the Payments Domain. This will incorporate the delivery of new data, modernisation of existing data capabilities and development of the strategic roadmap for future state data delivery. You will be leading a team of data delivery experts to achieve this, while creating a psychologically safe, inclusive, accountable and high-performance culture, and working collaboratively within and across Crews.
