This role blends design thinking, stakeholder engagement, and product instrumentation to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• CUJ Analysis & Strategy
  • Understand and map critical customer journeys (CUJs) across products and services.
  • Identify pain points and opportunities for experience improvement.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with business teams, product managers, and developers to align on goals and priorities.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and drive consensus.
• Design & Prototyping
  • Create high‑fidelity mockups using tools like Figma.
  • Develop interactive simulations and walkthrough videos to communicate design intent.
• Stakeholder Alignment
  • Present concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  • Iterate designs based on input and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• UI Optimization & Instrumentation
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement UI enhancements.
  • Define and track instrumentation metrics to measure user engagement and experience quality.
