Job Summary

Seclore is looking for a Senior Product Engineer who is passionate about building high-performance, secure, and scalable software products.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess the ability to identify multiple solutions to complex problems, make sound technical decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly agile environment. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing Seclore’s core products while contributing to architectural decisions and mentoring fellow engineers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that strengthen Seclore’s leadership in the Data-Centric Security space.

Responsibilities

Product Development & Engineering

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance product capabilities using C/C++ and related technologies.
• Build robust and scalable solutions primarily on Windows platforms.
• Lead the design and implementation of major product components and features.
• Ensure high-quality code through best engineering practices and technical reviews.
• Continuously improve product performance, reliability, and scalability.

Technical Problem Solving

• Research and evaluate multiple approaches for solving complex technical challenges.
• Analyze customer-reported issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot application, system, and performance issues.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.

Architecture & Design

• Design reusable components and modules with a focus on maintainability and scalability.
• Contribute to product architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and performance benchmarks.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Mentor and train team members on design techniques, engineering best practices, and technologies.
• Guide team members on technical approaches and solution design.

Security & Platform Engineering

• Develop solutions with a strong focus on security, performance, and reliability.
• Work on Windows system programming and low-level platform integrations.
• Contribute to secure software development practices aligned with Seclore’s security-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in C/C++ development on Windows, Linux, or macOS platforms.
• BE / B.Tech / MCA / PGDST or equivalent degree from a reputed institute.
• Strong experience in designing software components and modules.
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding teams on technical challenges.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a highly agile environment.

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience in C/C++ development.
• Experience with XML, STL, Win32 SDK, Dynamic Libraries / Shared Libraries.
• Knowledge of Process Management, Multithreading, Windows Messages, ATL, and COM.
• Experience with HTTP, File I/O, Memory Mapping, API Hooking, and Memory Management.
• Strong understanding of Windows System Programming.
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting using Sysinternals Tools, Debuggers (WinDbg), API Monitoring, and Tracing tools.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office and Outlook Object Models.
• Understanding of Cryptography, Data Security, Information Security, and Security Technologies.
• Experience in Cross-Platform Development.
• Experience building Desktop Software Applications.
