We're looking for a senior product designer to own end-to-end experiences across the Meilo app and web — from discovery and booking to the tools our studios and artists use every day.

You'll work directly with our co-founders and engineers in a small, fast team where design has a real seat at the table.

What you'll do

• Own core flows — discovery, booking, artist & studio profiles — from concept to shipped.
• Turn a messy, jargon-heavy industry into experiences anyone can understand.
• Build and maintain our design system alongside engineering.
• Talk to real users — clients, artists and salon owners — and let their needs drive the work.
• Set the visual and interaction bar for the whole product.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years designing consumer products, ideally mobile-first.
• A portfolio that shows craft and clear problem-solving — not just pretty screens.
• Fluency with design systems and close collaboration with engineers.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for shipping and iterating.
• Bonus: interest in beauty, marketplaces, or India's local commerce.
