Job summary

Vcheck is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the company’s shift from services to a scalable digital platform, owning end-to-end design for key areas and shaping the future of the product with clear, high-impact visuals.

You will drive design strategy, conduct user research, evolve the Design System, and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver production-ready experiences that meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience designing and shipping successful digital products, with significant experience in complex B2B platforms, enterprise software, or financial technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of visual design, information hierarchy, and interaction design (micro-interactions, states, animations).
• Demonstrated ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively across written, verbal, and visual mediums.
• Comfortable leading large, diverse groups through design reviews and presentations.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating directly with front-end engineers to ensure design integrity during implementation.
• Expert proficiency in Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive design strategy and execution for core platform features, translating complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Deliver production-ready designs with an uncompromising standard for visual quality, aesthetic judgment, and attention to detail.
• Evolve and govern our platform-wide Design System, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across all products.
• Plan and conduct user research—interviews, usability testing—and data analysis to inform design decisions and uncover unmet user needs.
• Produce comprehensive design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications for engineering teams.
• Act as the primary design partner for Product Managers, Engineering leads, and internal stakeholders, fostering seamless cross-department collaboration.
• Confidently present and defend design solutions, strategy, and rationale to executive leadership, articulating how design decisions directly impact business outcomes and user success.
• Facilitate design reviews and workshops, soliciting and synthesizing feedback from diverse teams and translating it into actionable design iterations.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help lead Vcheck's transition from a traditional, service‑based model to an innovative, high‑growth digital platform. This is a foundational role where you won't just maintain features—you’ll be instrumental in defining and building the future of Vcheck. You will own the end‑to‑end design lifecycle for key areas of our platform, combining exceptional design craft with deep strategic UX thinking and the ability to articulate complex concepts through clear, compelling design and high‑impact presentations. We’re looking for someone who thrives on complexity, communicates with clarity and confidence, and is ready to be the design voice leading a major business transformation.
